1. The incumbent will be responsible for the proactive Human Resources Systems of the company as a Head of the Corporate HR functions. The responsibilities include formulation and implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training & Development, wage and other compensation, negotiation and administration, in addition to maintain cordial employees relations and Industrial Relations.

2. The candidate should be a post graduate in Social Work / MSW from an institute of repute. He should have minimum 24 years of experience, which includes minimum 15 years in the Senior Management Cadre. For exceptionally deserving candidates, the relaxation in eligibility criteria may be considered. The CTC is around Rs.11 lakhs per annum.
3. The candidate should be graduate and an Associate / Fellowship Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduation will be an added advantage. Such Manufacturers should have a minimum sales turnover of rupees Twenty crores and Five crores for Injectables and Surgical items respectively. Such manufacturers for Injectables should possess valid GMP certification as per revised Schedule M. In the case of Surgical items , GMP certification along with product conformity to ISI/CE certification as the case shall be pre requisites.
